This company has no work. They are at the mercy of their clients, which means you are easily expendable.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us, as well as the Glassdoor community, your concise thoughts on your time with us. Not a single pro to list...? OK, we hear you — we'll further identify ways in which we can better attract and retain talent, but there must've been some pros during your hiring process that convinced you to join our team. In fact, we conduct extensive market research constantly to ensure the compensation offered is as good as it possibly can be — if it wasn't, we'd constantly be losing out on the best employees, but we're not — there's a reason that we're considered by some of our clients as being the best kept secret in the IT space. Furthermore, there are a number of other aspects that our employees love — our benefits, our 401K program, our Seeds to Leads program, our free training and certifications, and especially the flexibility. We try our absolute best to be as competitive as possible with our pay and compensation, but there are times in which the pay is dictated by client bill rates, like you mentioned. The caveat is that there are of course some roles that we fill that are stated upfront both in the job description, as well as the interview process, that are contract or contract-to-hire, and as much as we'd wish we'd be able to retain every employee post-contract, sometimes those contracts do not get extended for any number of reasons. We wish you the best, wherever that takes you — thank you for being a member of TSP.

Thanks for taking the time to provide us, as well as the Glassdoor community at large, your concise thoughts on your years with us. First — thank you for being with us, our motto is one we passionately embrace — our product is our people, and without people like you, we wouldn't be who we are after these two-plus decades of work. You make a few good points — our benefits are constantly regarded by our employees as being one of the key points of their journey with us — they're hard to beat! We try to benchmark our benefits each year against not only our geographic footprint, but also our industry. Having recently moved to the nation’s largest private health broker as our partner, that has provided us with invaluable tools to continually strive to ensure our benefits are top-notch and competitive. For some background, we have structured our benefit plan as a high deductible plan but with extremely low premiums. The thought around this is premiums come out every paycheck regardless of if an employee is sick. Deductibles are only incurred when there is a need. Just like car insurance, the higher the deductible, typically the lower the premium and vice-versa. And yes, the teams — your coworkers. We take great pride in the people we hire, as we say constantly, we value top technical expertise and we only hire the best and brightest, putting our clients first and hiring the best people to ensure things get done right. We hear you on the salary — we try our absolute best to be as competitive as possible with our pay and compensation, but there are times in which the pay is dictated by client bill rates — we will always try our hardest to advocate for the best possible solution for both employee and client. Lastly, we strongly encourage open and direct communication between employees and their respective managers — so please do not hesitate to engage with your manager. One of our key company values is "Real Conversations Are Welcomed" — whether with customers, partners, or employees, we gain a deeper, better, and more meaningful understanding when we truly listen to one another. Again, we thank you sincerely for being a member of TSP, and we're looking forward to what the future has in store for all of us.
