"Hands down best company..." Not sure if we deserve that title, but we'll take it. If you've been with us for 10 years, you've definitely seen your fair share of change and growth at TSP. We truly value your commitment and dedication to our company and hope you stick around for another 10 years or more! We also selfishly hope we remain being the best company you've ever worked for...cheers!

Pros

Great benefits The managerial staff are great mentors for young people or people new to the industry TSP awards hard work with merit bonuses In some cases they will give you access to CBTnugget lessons to further your education in the industry

Cons

I have worked here for two years and on 2 different contracts for TSP and I have not ran across a con yet.

WOW, we really appreciate all the nice things you have to say about our company. We hope you have seen the CBTnugget training platform morph into our more robust learning management system we recently implemented. Some of the same great content you had access to with the old system is even better in the new system. Your grant program is a great idea. While we don't have a formal program for this currently, have you spoken with your manager about this? In the past, we have most definitely paid for some employees continuing education including different industry certifications. We typically do a training agreement, to your point, to protect TSP so people don't take advantage of the generosity. We identify keeping a technically robust and trained employee base is important. If you haven't already, I would draw up a business case to your manager expressing your desire to obtain a professional certification or continue your education. If your manager feels the case is strong and provides a mutually agreeable outcome for both yourself and TSP, he/she will push the proposal up the chain. Again, we've definitely done this before when it makes sense. Best of luck and thanks again for the great feedback!
