Buzzing with a Great Future Ahead

Pros

Newly forward thinking and ambitious company with a hunger to create a more fruitful and accommodating work environment on all levels. The new CEO has made it one of his primary focuses to look at ways to better our working environment and has made excellent progress in doing so. Adding the right people in the right places at the right time. TSR is a well-established staffing firm with over 50 years of excellence, yet there is a new startup vibe to it this year. Although there are a lot of processes, procedures already in play, there is a notion of “anything is possible” floating around and new initiatives are warmly welcomed. The vibe is good. The culture fit and values held by TSR and its employees are strong and important. They bring in the right teams to sustain the right balance of a hard-working fun family.

Cons

If- there are any- it’s that the offices have been lacking and in need of modern modifications. This is as actually being take care of as a top priority pre-COVID-19 and currently is still in process to be addressed, which is fantastic.

Not just employment, but family

Pros

TSR has an excellent, family, team player environment. I’ve been working for the company a long time, and as long as you work hard, you will be well taken care of. The management is not only excellent, but very flexible, accommodating and trustworthy. The staff goes out of their way to care of their employees and each other. At any day or time, I can call the CEO or CFO directly with any questions or concerns. In addition, employees are rewarded for years of service and feel appreciated. TSR is a great company to work for, and look forward to many more years here

Location - traffic can be bad leaving work

Cons

No sick or paid vacation. Health insurance is to costly.
