Buzzing with a Great Future Ahead

Pros

Newly forward thinking and ambitious company with a hunger to create a more fruitful and accommodating work environment on all levels. The new CEO has made it one of his primary focuses to look at ways to better our working environment and has made excellent progress in doing so. Adding the right people in the right places at the right time. TSR is a well-established staffing firm with over 50 years of excellence, yet there is a new startup vibe to it this year. Although there are a lot of processes, procedures already in play, there is a notion of “anything is possible” floating around and new initiatives are warmly welcomed. The vibe is good. The culture fit and values held by TSR and its employees are strong and important. They bring in the right teams to sustain the right balance of a hard-working fun family.

Cons

If- there are any- it’s that the offices have been lacking and in need of modern modifications. This is as actually being take care of as a top priority pre-COVID-19 and currently is still in process to be addressed, which is fantastic.

Pros

Placed at a company with Nespresso Coffee Amazing Nespresso collection of Coffee and Tea If you are a liar, lack skills of any kind & lack morals- then definitely work for TSR! 5 stars in this category.

Cons

Work with them and they will lie, cheat, steal and hurt your career - but only momentarily... VP should be fired for STEALING. They are an outsourcing “fake” company, most likely with false or misleading certificates and/or education to place anyone, including a spork.

Pros

Fully remote, some nice employees.

Cons

This company is a joke. Upper management will steal your ideas, screw you over, and then retaliate against you for things out of your control. HR is nice but a joke, and they have no written policies or real orientation. You’re simply filling a seat, and you will be released immediately if you put in 2 weeks notice. TSR is a boys club for people who peaked in high school and will never amount to anything more than this. Save yourself and don’t work here.
