None- and it shows by their behavior. I have current employees still reach out to me and to bash on the directors, and their poor management.

Cons

Everything. They paid me $20k below what usual people get, then acted like it was a gift when I got my raise. I got 2% commissions on a placement I made. That turned out to be pennies. Spiteful management will fire you immediately.

To be a small company and thrive, you need to take care of your employees. And that’s what TSR has done for me. Of course everyone has their own unique experience but I have grown a lot as a professional in this role.

Cons

No cons. You should know what you’re getting into with recruiting.
