Most of the internal positions are remote.

Cons

They have a horrible training and commission structure and have started to micromanage everyone more compared to the past. They are very dishonest about pay periods too.

Not matched 401k ; Not passing 401k audit for 2 years in the row - as result big portion of my pension being returned to me back as cash!!!! No bebefits, 5 sick days obligatory by state of NJ - demanding Doctor's notes if more than 1 day
