Wonderful support team. Awesome co-workers

Cons

Working overnights is challenging. Sometimes my schedule would get changed without knowledge of management or myself. But it would get fixed asap when I informed management.

Stability in hours for sure and healthcare benefits

Cons

I worked for the prepaid side of bofa I was there for almost two years. Some of the managers are great some are just rude. During my time there I never received a raise, the only meetings I got was about what I was doing wrong. I got told I was getting people of the phones to fast, yes I was helping them efficiently with their needs and leaving them satisfied, but because I was quick I had a target on my back.
