Onboarding was a disaster. My computer wasn't configured correctly. Everything there felt like an up hill battle. After 6 weeks I still didn't have access to a ticketing system. After my first meeting with a partner vendor, a meeting that went well, I was called by the project manager and told I was too high energy and to mute my microphone and not talk during calls. Which was impossible because I was the project design lead! Essentially - but not verbatum - sit down, shut up, know your place and let the men talk. I submitted my resignation the next day. Life is too short.
