      Onboarding was a disaster. My computer wasn't configured correctly. Everything there felt like an up hill battle. After 6 weeks I still didn't have access to a ticketing system. After my first meeting with a partner vendor, a meeting that went well, I was called by the project manager and told I was too high energy and to mute my microphone and not talk during calls. Which was impossible because I was the project design lead! Essentially - but not verbatum - sit down, shut up, know your place and let the men talk. I submitted my resignation the next day. Life is too short.

      Thank for sharing! Your feedback is fully noted. Since your review, our IT team is now delivering on time with properly set up systems for new hires and our new enterprise ticketing systems is fully functional. The ticketing system was in the process of being brought on-line when you joined. TTEC Digital has also completely updated our onboarding program.

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pay structure /no raises in 4 years. Leadership as a whole. Unstable financials Processes are broken Inexperienced Management over team.
