      They pay well for you to answer calls from doctor's offices, look up benefits and quote info. Its alot to learn though!

      Pros

      Pay is great, paid training, and it's a family like environment.

      Cons

      It's so much to learn in a couple months training time, once you get on the floor you continue to learn. I did not have confidence in my capabilities when we were sent to the floor, untill weeks later. It's not a good feeling to know your not ready to accurately do the job.
