Pros

Occasional days where the phones didn't ring as much, WFH is always nice (saving on commute times), no physical paperwork

Cons

Taking notes while on a call is always a challenge but you get used to it, the occasional angry customer, elderly customers but that just requires patience

Pros

Trainers were nice, starting pay was good.

Cons

but far too many outdated programs to be bouncing around in while trying to figure out the customers issues. Programs wouldn't take data and let you proceed. Just tough overall. Then they try and schedule you for shifts you have already advised you cannot work, due to kids, school, didn't matter really!
