Pros

They helped pay for the licensing I needed to be an insurance agent. The hours aren't too bad either, you can start at full time $13 an hour with no experience at all.

Cons

You never really know if you're going to have a job the next day. They're extremely disorganized. They higher some of the WORST people. They play favorites way too much. I personally quit because they were about to lay off about 200 people in less than 2 month and knew 2 months ago and still haven't told anyone.

Pros

The TLs are the only ones who will actually help you.

Cons

The company never takes responsibility for their actions. They always put blame on others or the client. The workload increases but the pay does not. Good luck trying to get any support or mutual respect/consideration from upper management. They treat their employees like their disposable. They informed their employees "This company does not give raises". Their is no moving up in the company. They put on a front by giving "free food" on certain holidays to show appreciation but all in all it does not make up for the other days in the year that they treat their employees like crap.

Pros

The company offers 401 K and you can work anywhere there is internet and can hard wire into it.

Cons

The pay sucks. They do not pay well at all and after they take out taxes you do not make much at all. I think the pay starts out at 8.50 Who can live off of that? They want to train you to do many task, but not pay you for it with a decent pay. The training is unorganized.

We sure hope we could have made things a little bit better for you. The pay is commensurate to the nature of the job and we generally do offer incentives to employees. I'll gladly share this with the training team to hopefully fill in some gaps with the training program. Thank you!
