Low pay package versus other companies

When they sense that you are doing great at your position, they will upscale you without any prior notice. They will upscale you and give you more responsibilities but won't increase your pay (they had our hopes up when we asked them if there will be a salary increase). Because of this, they do not respect their employees as they do not pay them accordingly (we were told we had to "prove ourselves" to even be considered a slight salary increase; how absurd!) This is one of the reasons why I resigned even if I was planning to stay for at least a year (I was also meant to be approved for a WFH setup, but since they changed my job position, I had a major setback and my stats lowered because I was given unfamiliar responsibilities).
