When transferring departments (which can happen often) roles are IN WRITING that no phone work is required, and once the contract is signed, day one of training you're told the role is 50% phone work and there's absolutely no way around it. Technically, it's Fraudulent Inducement of Employment, but people stick around because they have to feed their family or pay for life saving medications. It's really wrong.

There’s so many cons where do I begin? They hired a bunch of us and put alot of us on the peloton account. Peloton was not busy whatsoever and they decided to lay a bunch of us off literally a week before Christmas. When I started here, one of the things they told us in training was “we will always transfer you to another account if it’s slow, we don’t lay off unless you do something seriously wrong” that was a lie. Another thing they said to us that got laid off is that they chose us to get laid off because we had low scores or we weren’t reliable. I always got 89/100 on everything and the only time I called off was when I had covid. So apparently me calling off for the virus isn’t acceptable. This company is terrible. Don’t work here. They call themselves a family but they are far from it.
