Decent Job but Training is Lacking

The work for CSRs is remote so you can work from home.

Cons

The training is seriously deficient. I spent a couple weeks in full time training where we learned the basic functionality of the software. We were thrown into production with only a basic understanding of the work flow. Your schedule can change daily as surprise mandatory overtime can increase your sift at the beginning, end or both.

free insurance license preparation and training, feedback is taken seriously, there are opportunities to advance up the food chain, dental, vision, health and life insurance are cheap, coworkers are generally friendly and easy to get along with, client was usaa so interesting callers, a few recreation options on site

Cons

a couple bad managers, customer service is soul crushing, very strict policy on cell phones, paper etc but understandable given it is a high security environment, questionable metrics based incentive system, fraud free for x days sign on display not because there was no fraud on tge calls but because of an employee that syole PII from callers (morbid)
