- Horrible pay and benefits - Management only cares about looking good on paper - Shady business practices (mandating colleagues to do “voluntary” feedback questionnaires and harping on supervisors to get them to do it)

Pros

The best reason to work for TTEC is that most positions that I apply for are work-from-home positions. They offer good pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits after a while. Once you are offered a position at TTEC, they make sure you are properly trained for the job they want you to do. And finally, after you are hired, trained, and start production with a set schedule, pay, etc, if you have any problems or questions, TTEC has systems/people in place to work with you to solve anything. It's great working for them!

Cons

I can only think of two downsides to working for TTEC. One, all positions are seasonal/temporary until you are chosen to be a permanent full-time employee. It took me a year and 2 temporary assignments to be chosen for a permanent position. And secondly, they don't give out raises at any time, you are stuck with the pay rate that you were offered on your hire date. Other than that, I have no complaints!

Work from home is ok at best

EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU IS A LIE! They rope you in with an offer for 17-19 an hour working from home and then suddenly that job disappears. The next offer you get is a month or two later at best but for peanuts at 10-11 an hour. They make you use your own laptop and have you install their system onto it taking control of your computer. Adding extra non sense that almost makes YOUR computer totally worthless to use outside of business hours.
