The cons definitely outweigh the pros. In the year that I have worked there, the payroll team made an error with giving out our salaries TWICE. wherein they have overpaid and underpaid most if not all the employees.
They did also redeploy some employees only to take them back a few months later, on the condition that they reach the KPIs which are unattainable for some.
Depending on your account and the team you are in, reaching KPIs may be difficult. You will probably have to resort to survey manipulation and do more work to maintain your KPIs if you are on a performing cluster, all while still being paid the same as those clusters who aren't performing well. So if you'll be assigned to the telco account, don't expect it to be easy. It's not for everyone. Most new hires leave around 2-3 months out of training.
