      Pros

      None, unless you like constantly being demeaned and put down, or if you are lazy and would rather suck up to management than do your job because that's the only way you will get ahead here

      Cons

      Management is questionable. They hold vendettas (for no reason, other than they have decided not to like you) and they will make your life a living nightmare. They pick favorites and if you aren't on that list then you might as well start looking for another job. You will not get any projects that you want to do, you will not get raises/bonuses/promotions (even if you are more qualified, work harder, and actually know how to do your job more than the favorites). Bad pay/bonuses (unless you are a favorite) if you are actually a hard worker and competent you will not be rewarded for it. Ever. No room for growth No communication from management (unless of course they are sabotaging you)

      Job was close to me 5-minute daily commute

      Everything -Incompetent team leads who know nothing and don't know how to develop, -Low pay @ 12 an hr. -Terrible training -Managers couldn't figure out how to establish metrics to then determine bonus payout. -Incompetent middle managers who had no idea how to implement an ideal process and procedures. TTEC and client Synchrony literally are on 2 different pages as far as process and procedures, and non of the managers or team leaders are competent to understand the divergence. -Lack of communication of what daily goals are and matrices to achieve them. -OVERALL bad place to work surrounded by complete idiots!
