      Pros

      They pay you to train in home and teach you the ends and outs of the job. Everyone is very nice.

      Cons

      When you are hired as a part time seasonal worker they tell you when the call volume decreases more than likely be let go. But the way they do it is wrong. They send you a email that they are having a closed meeting. And give the number to call and the meeting number, what happened with me is they gave me 15 hours the week before and then next week I was put on voluntary time off and at the end of the week on friday was the meeting, and we were told this was our last day. No more work.....WoW

      Pros

      You're guaranteed 40 hours a week. The snacks.

      Cons

      It's only 11 a hr. That's only good if you don't get health insurance, and a 401k. Because that's all coming out that one of your check every 2 weeks. The 7 weeks of training is pointless I still have no clue what I'm doing. While in training I heard of 2 fights like this was high school. Very unprofessional supervisors and coaches. Also if you don't have life outside of work this is also a job for you. The shifts you have to bid on. And you are not guaranteed the schedule you bid for. If you are in to going back to High School this is the place for you!
