Pros
Open door policy, clear paths to move up if you make the effort to reach out to management and advocate for yourself. Flexible opportunities in terms of types of roles, schedule, remote/hybrid/in-person. Company tends to hire internally first, so all management started out in the basic roles and worked their way up over years.
Cons
Extremely corporate culture. Open door policy, but mostly so they can acknowledge concerns and not take it further. Lots of red tape for any issue. Poor communication between teams, management and agents. Pay increases and PTO nearly impossible to get/use.
