Pros

work life balance! training is right on with getting you ready for the floor and working with the members and their needs.

Cons

when it comes to raises and bonuses they do not follow through, it is mostly talking no action behind.

Pros

Being a part of Teletech, was an honor and an enriching experience that shaped both my personal and professional development. Love the benefits, and the people I worked with. I'm thankful for the chances I got to work there, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and progressive place to work.

Cons

Not much to be honest, This is more about people's attitude, leadership in particular. Some leaders projected an air of superiority, employees felt hesitant to voice concerns. Some are just straight arrogant. This doesn't apply to all leadership. This is not the company's fault. Some are the opposites, and they made the experience even better. There is also the issue of referring a new applicant. 100% they would be asked to return and re-applied, but the referral bonus will not be applied anymore. Again, this is not the company's fault.

Pros

Wellness time accruals Fair pay w/ commissions based on PFP (pay for performance) system Best management support of any job I've had People and a company that really care about the employee Coaching to become better

Cons

Hard to change schedules unless have an excellent reason High expectations for sales, attendance, QA, etc. Have to learn a lot on the job-training is 2 weeks and then go straight to production floor Have to be cognizant of schedule changes daily Have to be very patient with customers (not for everyone)
