You don't get to pick your schedule until after training. It's like a high school clique, you have no chance of moving up in the company if you don't brownnose the leadership team. No raises. No bonuses. No incentive to do well. High turn over. They routinely take Team Leads and move them back down to Agent level. Lots of misinformation.

No stability. Once a contract ends (usually last a year) , you don’t know if you’ll still have a job. If they find somewhere else to put you then you have no choice in your schedule whatsoever. Even though you get hired to work say 8-6:30, m-t then you might work overnights next contract and if you don’t accept it then you are out of luck. That’s not ideal
