Everything goes hand-in-hand with how Google is performing and since their outlooks are very bad, so are Ttec's.
General atmosphere in the last year was very bad and company is trying to cut benefits (breakfasts are gone, company is trying to cut home office, threatening to cut language bonuses, etc.).
Team leaders are usually top performers, who got nice results by shady practices and have no idea how to work with people or motivate them (this also means that people usualy leave after 6 months, when getting 6 month bonus).
It's next to impossible to get any salary bonuses, since Ttec is artificially increasing your targets when compared to the target set up by the customer (Lets say customer tells Ttec to hit 100 points to pay them performance bonuses, but Ttec tells you that you need to hit 120 points to hit your target and even overscore by another 5% to get a performance bonus! So it can, more often than not, happen that Ttec gets bonuses for your performance, but you won't get any of that).
During this quarter the company also increased sales targets mid-quarter!
It's easy to get below 100% target, that's when you're put on action plans and all your flexible working hours and home offices are forbidden.
All competent people left and from here it's just a downward spiral. Bad company results = cutting benefits = demotivation of workers = even worse results etc. Expect desperate managers to tell you that "You are not here for the customers, but to get the points" and to "Get the point cap and move to the next customer", literally pushing you towards shady practices.
Open space very quickly spreads any disseases (during late winter you can except everyone to be sick with the same sickness).
If you have a choice, there are similar companies in Warsaw and Gdansk, which are in much better shape (both with their moral values and also salary-wise).
