      Pros

      Great training and support from all staff and employees. I like that they have contract work work which give you the opportunity to earn some extra cash without the woes of a long term assignment.

      Cons

      I do not care for the scheduling. Even though they hired me for between the hours of 4 pm and 12 am but scheduled me outside of these times. This is not OK if you have another job or other duties to attend to. It would be OK, if they changed the schedule to fit your needs but they wont.

      Offers work from home positions.

      Cons

      Schedule continuously changes, as well as team leads. Nothing is consistent. I also signed on as a chat agent and ended up being switched to voice or given the option to quit.
