Bait and switch bordering on fraud. Hired for chat only position. Once into production turned into voice/chat position. They care more about voice than chat.Not honoring their own offer letter. Minimum wage. They change your schedule on a whim and don't tell you resulting in ncns, even in the middle of your shift. Most stressful position I've ever had. No planning on a day off without finding your own coverage. People in the hospital looking for shift coverage. Worst company I've ever worked for.You have to have your own back because no one there has it for you.

There is absolutely zero work-life balance, no investment in the organization, to say it is a revolving door would be a huge understatement, I can name at least 15 employees who have quit in the last 3 months in just one department (a few were hired back as contractors at double pay because they had no one else to do the work), the company has no future, only revenue growth is through acquisitions, they typically pay 80% of your market value (do some research when they make you an offer and you'll agree), and I could go on but hoping you get the picture.
