No regular pay rate reviews, so no real opportunity for pay growth outside of promotion. There is a great deal of expertise required, and no matter how much training they attempt to provide it likely won't be enough for you to meet many of your customer's needs, as so many things are outside of your control. The schedule changes can be a nightmare.

The liars in the front office also known as human capital (hr). They do background checks on everyone so when I got hired I had stuff on my background but they still hired me. I was there for almost a year. Never got in trouble, never was late or called in, had good reviews from customers, and then out of the blue they called me up and told me I couldnt work there anymore because they ran another background and the same stuff was on there as before.
