No long term benefits and basically at the end of the day, it's boils down to just a job as long as you're able. Hourly pay hardly ever increases. Quality and supervisor evaluations are sometimes off the mark and you would have to go above hill to dispute it. Plus career advancement is very steep. Either you'd have to be the pick of the pick of the pick of the barrel before you would be considered for promotion. One common problem of call centers is politics rather than performance are considered before you rise up the ladder and this issue is present here.
