Pros

They paid on time. I never had a check late. Also, they had plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot.

Cons

Shitty work environment. Poor communications, and their training is awful. Their tools to do the job suck, and you have to show up to work early to boot you computer get your tools up and running before you can clock in. Focus is 100% on sales and not helping the customer. Unless by helping the customer you mean sell them something. The only people that get ahead are those that can sell really well, even if your job is pc support.

working from home able to swap schedules with co-workers

Cons

call center qa--only concerned abt call time pay is low hours and schedule keep changing Training does not prepare you for calls or systems--thrown right into the line of fire.They call it OJT.
