      Pros

      Well established company, stable job, good HR and company nurse. No salary delay. No problem with government contributions and loans.

      Cons

      Takes several years before they increase your salary. Company benefits like medical and dental care and company parties become less as time goes by.

      Pros

      Working from homes seems attractive.

      Cons

      Trying to be a work at home employee. Have never talked to one single person, they direct their "live chat" to so many different web addresses. I have an interview soon, and it is done through a webinar-cannot talk to one single person live. Had to install their software on my system, and it locked it up. You cannot get a straight answer as to what equipment you can have, what you need to the webinars, etc.

      Pros

      based from my stay with TELETECH UP-AYALA TECHNOHUB, I feel at ease with the company their is no hierchy level feel bec. they are approachable from the trainers to the big bosses.(The HR coach us first before we start are call simulation which took me by surprise!!)

      Cons

      Issue with the security of your belongings in the locker room.Issue with the CCTV cam in the locker room!
