      Pros

      Benefits are good. They train you for everything. Support and Management are always close by Variety of shifts available to work.

      Cons

      Company is run on metrics and the only metric that matters is sales No raises (ever) Rebidding shifts can cause strife if you have a family and your schedule suddenly changes. Company motivates with fear. Do good at sales nothing else matters, excel at customer service and youll be scared of losing your job every month

      Terrible upper management. Not engaged, not supportive, do not invest in you as employee and could care less about your lack of "life balance". There is NO life balance at TeleTech....there are no growth opportunities either. Human Resources is a farce as well. One big joke and waste of 8 months of my life. I have since quit and found a REAL job!!!! Run for your life!!!!!!

      Low Pay for Important Work

      Very flexible with hours if your a student or just looking for part time work.

      Cons

      Pay isn't that great. $9.25 to manage millions in customers accounts for Bank of America. Also telling a customer you can't refund their O/D fee because the tool said so is hard when they don't already O/D their account frequently. Everyone hated Bank of America at the Morgantown site just because of their stupid irate policies. I'm sure TeleTech is probably charging BofA $16-$20 per hour worked! Benefits should be better. Especially when it comes to vision which should be fully covered seeing that your staring at a computer screen all day long!
