      Tele Tech at home has zero tolerance for those who think outside of the box

      This is a work from home job.

      Cons

      Management is very uptight. Hypersensitive to any language that does not fall in line with being a obsequious and servile employee. If you use big words or are expressive about how things could be done or if you raise questions about ANYTHING that they do from poor technical support to poor functioning of their software systems, they consider you uncontrollable and move towards terminating you. They cannot accept legitimate suggestions on how their operations could improve from a user's perspective. They see any constructive criticism as threatening and move to terminate anyone that voices such suggestions.

      Pros

      TTEC strategically invests to be ahead of their competition and the industry overall. Technology is a strong focus.

      Cons

      Continuous change is good but on several occassions too much change in such a short time this caused poor results as well as high costs to the organization. They need a stronger long-term strategy - not only short-term focus.

      you have alot of ppl to help when u need them and it's not hard to get time off

      to min mangers are hired in that have never worked at home and have no clue what they are doing put all the work off on others
