The representatives deal with the customers more than any other employee, and they are paid the least and treated badly. There is ridiculous amounts of high school drama, managers choosing favorites, shady things happening, and it overall is an awful place to work. You are not able to go to upper management to deal with situations with your direct supervisors because they sweep it under the rug. I would never recommend Teletech to anyone else, no matter how badly they needed a job.
