Pros
Fast paced - which means the day goes by quickly, you never look at a clock and groan like at other places. Also, you usually have a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. They give you the tools you need to get your job done (if something isn't working they are prompt to replace it/fix the problem) Works with schedules and helps balance family and work life. Great employee engagement activities Good benefits
Cons
Stress - the fast-paced style means that you will likely get stressed and it will take you a while until you feel completely competent. But, that's better than the alternative... Sometimes it takes a bit long for shift swaps/changes to get approved.
