      Pros

      At eloyalty, you'll get thrown into any number of challenges as they are terrific at over promising to their clients, and you'll be responsible for delivering. This can prove to be a great challenge, and sometimes leads to great disappointments for their customers. You will have the potential to learn a lot of different technologies and their solutions, fast.

      Cons

      Small firm, always losing money= no potential growth. In the field, you can make plenty of contacts, in the Austin office, it's more about who your friends are. The senior management is horrible, but they keep getting money like crazy, so feel free to buy your mcmansion and your BMW, you will be encouraged to do so.

      The thought of a company this size still using manual, informal processes in just about every area of the business is... amazing. Amazing the company is still in business type of amazing.

      Pros

      Able to work from home, the money is good.

      Cons

      no management support or feedback unable to balance work and life. If you are ill or a family member is ill do not expect any sympathy from the management. Don't expect any type of feedback from you superiors. You are supposed to be measured on your ability to do your job, however this has never happened. System issues are always causing problems and you don't get paid when this problem is theirs.
