Pros

Remote Not much caller traffic if you are in the bilingual line Fast to pick up, from training to actual work

Cons

Minimum wage, even bilingual only offer very tiny pay raise No real sense of growth, you will do the same thing forever Call center job means you will deal with people and their frustrations
