Pros

Good Teammates and Other Coworkers Within the Team

Cons

If you have any kind of system issues and have to call ASD, which is called At Home Service Desk, you are on the call with that team for hours. 2-3 hour minimum unless it is just a password reset to get into a program.

Pros

Work from home. Some clients provide very good training. Most ttec people are quite nice on a day to day basis. They hire you as a W2 employee. Contracts are sometimes extended.

Cons

Systems are poorly designed; expect a lot of crashes at the worst times and lots of rebooting. Always keep in mind that you are a *commodity* being leased to the client. The client rules and ttec will *always* bend to the will of the client over you every time. If you can get your mind around the concept that you are a piece of equipment, it will all make more sense to you. Your team leads will act supportive, but, don’t lose sight of the reality that their interest is management, not you. Very little schedule flexibility. Ignore the hours you were told you were hired to work. Utterly meaningless. The hours you will be assigned to work is a function of client needs, not yours. Get used to it. No PTO unless/until you are dubbed a full time employee. Taking time off, even for an emergency, can damage your reliability score. Though a good team lead will go to bat for you. No security. Your contract with the client ends; maybe you will get another one that suits you. But, you knew that going in.

Pros

So I have been with the company for 2 years and had to change projects. The best thing is if they lose a project they will get you on another ASAP. I only went 2 weeks without work.

Cons

The pay is ok could be better.
