Pros

Working from home. It's a paycheck.

Cons

No merit raises or increases in 4 years. TTEC's Values and mission statement are just propaganda. Lot's technical foreign labor. Job creator not in USA RIFF's almost every year. It's about saving money not about the technology.

Could be a great company if they know the value of their employees

Pros

* Flexibility, great company if you have a family * A lot of extremely talented people there * Ability to work from home * Garage parking * Pool table, foose table, ping pong table, plenty to get your mind off of work for awhile

Cons

* Upper management, they have no idea the value of their employees * Below average pay for equivalent positions
