PTO (made to be able to fire you without any compensation)

Cons

No yearly goals are clearly defined, management defines results in an emotional way. Everybody stabs you in the back when required. No sense of team. No options to develop your career or courses are available. Sit there and do the same till you quit. No mentoring/coaching, just videos and a lousy attitude to achieve goals no matter what.
