Pros

The people are extremely friendly and tend to be very qualified for their positions.

Cons

The only cons would be the slightly old-hat upper/mid management styles, as well as slightly below-average benefits. However, I must say that I am a big fan of our CEO/Founder, and a few others in upper management that really know what they are doing.

Pros

TTI, Inc. is a 2.2 billion dollar global company, with locations throughout the US, Europe, and Asia. There are some really great people that work at TTI. Very good work/life balance.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch and do not trust their employees, benefits are practically non-existent, growth potential is very limited. Unless you are a sales person there is no bonus structure.
