Flexible schedule, and good health benefits.

Cons

Pay level is below industry average. Management shows no respect to it's employees. Employees are treated like "circus animals" not human beings. High turnover rate in Business Development Group, due to management. The company's focus is on finding ways to cut costs, not rewarding employees that produce at a high level.

Great company to wok for, but need to understand a little more about the cost of living. No raise in 5 yrs and continue to remove account base to add on new people. Tracking customers Split commision

I was part of an excellent team with great leaders. Great benefits. Flexible wfh schedule.

Cons

They aren't evolving with the modern workforce. There used to be a hybrid schedule 2 days wfh 3 days in office then they took away 1 wfh day. Little room for growth. Only way to advance your career at TTI is to move to a different team. Pay is below market average.
