nice looking workplace with ergonomic chairs and tables. company plans events for employees like summer and winter party's. lots of benefits for the employees like bike leasing and discount on gym membership or fruit baskets. Supports employees also with external seminars etc.

Cons

payment is below average and the food in the Mensa is sometimes really bad. The overall system performance is slow, which can be frustrating
