TTI is the most stable of electronic component distributors. If you are looking for a good home, where you can have long term job security, this is a good place. And in today's climate, that's a big plus for most.

Cons

Compensation plan for performers is lacking. Average performers paid the same as performers. I was able to almost double my salary in a career move.
