Pros

TTI has good benefits, decent pay.

Cons

-Be prepared for high employee turnover—many people leave due to the toxic work environment and poor management practices. -The work culture here is draining. Constant micromanagement. -Beware of dishonesty and manipulation. Management is known for lying to get their way. -Bullying and intimidation are prevalent, creating an extremely hostile work environment. -The toxic culture has been deeply ingrained for years, with no real effort to improve. It’s not a healthy place to work. -Constant fear to speak up or stand up for yourself due to known patterns of retaliation from management. -Management is obsessed with short-term results at the expense of long-term growth. Employees feel like just a number, not valued contributors. -Management will openly talk badly about employees in the branch so that everyone can hear. It is a small office and they talk very loudly. They will also continuously speak negatively anout former employees and laugh at them. -Don’t expect HR to do anything about concerns or situations that are brought to them.

Pros

- Berkshire Hathaway owned - Benefits were decent

Cons

Management!! - super toxic/hostile workplace - Zero support and no clear direction or goals. Could never articulate any even when specifically asked. - Treat employees very poorly. Talk bad about every employee and vendor behind their back. (Oftentimes to their face as well) Super petty and cliquey. - No accountability. Will throw someone under the bus in a heartbeat to save face. - No effort to invest in employees career growth. No training either. - Super high turnover rate. (Literally half the office and all directly due to management issues) - Highest level of micromanagement I’ve ever experienced in my life. - Communication pretty awful as well. Ties into previous points but can’t be overstated enough. - Management actively putting obstacles in way of obtaining metrics. - Commission rate pretty low compared to other sales jobs I’ve worked. - Management clearly picked on specific employees and were mean/rude towards them to make them quit. Entire office agreed on this point.

Pros

Good benefits and lots of turnover so they need employees.

Cons

If you bring issues to management expect them to chastise you and ask if you would like to continue to work for the company. The management here talks badly about their employees not knowing we can hear what they say about us. They choose their favorites and will go out of their way to help those employees.
