- You can pretty much get away with anything and not get fired. - They have benefits that are "OK"

Cons

- If you're not a friend of upper management, you'll be stuck in your position - The people who should get fired, don't - All of the management is either friends or family members, a tightknit group who doesn't let anyone new it
