Pros

Some flexibility in your schedule as long as you're friends with management. 2 weeks vacation 1 week PTO Nothing other than that.

Cons

Pay sucks Hard to move up or move laterally Say they promote from inside between 6-9 months- LIES Don't give raises Interview you for one thing and then switch it to a lesser paid version of same job. I.e. Sales/ customer service. Expensive benefits Threat tactics type of management style. They want you to be scared of them. They think of you as expendable. Beware. Do not work here! As long as you have your head up managements butt and agree with EVERYTHING THEY SAY AND DO. Then you'll do fine.

Opportunities for promotion and lateral moves are available, and we usually have multiple candidates apply for consideration. Our goal is to hire the best candidate for the job. We have an Open Door practice at TTI. If an employee has a concern, we must be made aware to be able to qualify and address.

Pros

Stable Company, owned by Berkshire Hathaway. People are number 1 importance Electronics is never going away Invest in inventory and people Excellent Training

Cons

Because it is stable and they make good business decision they also pay the least of its competitors. You must work in a branch to move up and grow with the company. No very many growth opportunities at Corporate office or other corporate building.
