Pros

My team was great, office environment at the branch was very personal, so you have to get along with everyone or else it's kind of weird. My customers were great also. I wasn't doing any cold calling which was great. The company really tries to put you in a position for success. I like the commission structure, it's clean cut and they communicate with you very well when and how much you will be paid every pay period.

Cons

-Training was a little boring in the beginning, they mostly have you learning about all the different components that you will be selling, but you don't really need to know an immense amount about the parts in order to sell them -TTI matches a percent of the money that you put into your 401k, but you can't keep it until you stay there for over 5 years

Great company, wrong position for me

Pros

My group is very supportive and will answer any questions I may have. The office is laid back and goal driven at the same time.

Cons

I guess I could say the general things here about vacation and what not. Being in the US we can't expect much for vacation time since we are one of the worst developed nations in that regard. You start with 10 days of vacation and a floating holiday. Most holidays fall in the second half of the year so you don't get much of a break unless you take you vacation in the first 6 months of the year. On a more personal side, this position is just not a good fit for me. The company doesn't allow you transfer to another salaried position until you have been in your current position for 18 months. I'd like to stay with the company, but it would have to be in another position.
