Easy work, some nice people.

Cons

Favoritism, continuous lying from management, productivity more important then safety. High expectations (perfect) and still will find other things to accuse you of. Impose rules that they themselves neglect to follow which should include the whole company.

Great place to have a long career! They do a lot of promoting from within and people are encouraged to apply for opportunities within the organization. Not a lot of turnover in the organization but they have added positions as the company has grown. Great values. The company is a large global corporation but still treats its team members like a small company and the culture has a family feel!

Cons

slower than some organizations to make a change but they are very thorough in vetting new ideas and want to be smart about changes. So not really a con.
