      Pros

      I work in the shared services center and really enjoy it. Management is excellent and actually cares about my progress and well-being, and I feel valued.

      Cons

      Parking isn't great, but I can deal with that because the pros far outweigh it.

      Pros

      The company strives to improve and grow all around. There is huge growth potential within the company. If you put yourself out there. Coworkers are easy to get along with. Management is active with everyone. I have been here only 1 1/2 years and continue to see people advance within the company.
