The company continues to invest in itself and its employees judiciously. Many aspects have improved greatly over the last several years. I adore my colleagues and they are like family. The senior leadership team work well together, are communicative and approachable. I trust the decisions that are made. We all work hard and like to get results. There is much to be proud of and no shortage of intellectual challenges for those of us who thrive on creating solutions. Good PTO and choice of medical plans at different price points. 401k match is excellent with immediate vesting.
Cons
Lots of long working days and some things just take several years to accomplish given lean staffing and resources. Biggest gaps are ability to pay competitively, and challenges with technology infrastructure across a global company that operates as 2 entities given commercial and defense businesses.
