- Life/work balance - Home office, mobile/remote work, workcation opportunities - Exciting projects with NASA, ESA, Ariane etc. for BU Aerospace

Cons

- Compensation and benefit package can be considered regarding the recent inflation figures in Austria

Friendly environment. Relatively good salary because of automotive sector. Working with talented colleagues

Cons

Career paths not transparent. Poor, checker and interfering management. Frequent company wide organizational changes. Opportunities are less in izmir office compared to sites in Europe.
